Business Strategy
Business Strategy examines how firms create value, and gain and maintain a
competitive advantage in today’s technologically-enabled and dynamic domestic and
international markets. Theoretical foundations in strategy will be further developed, but
the focus will be on strategy formulation and successful implementation. This is a
seminar course focussed on case analysis and integration of theory, concepts and skills
learned in all previous required courses.
Prerequisites: MB305, MB307, MB375.
